How we collect, use and protect the information you give us, and how to ask us to stop.
When you submit the form on this website or call us, we collect the property address, your name, your telephone number and, if you provide it, your email address. If you call, we may keep a note of what was discussed so that we do not ask you the same questions twice.
We also collect standard technical information when you use this website, including the pages you visit, the approximate location your connection reports, the browser and device you are using, and the page or search that brought you here.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer on your property, and communicate with you about that offer. We use the property address to research comparable sales and public records, which is how any offer on a house is prepared.
We use the technical information to understand which pages are useful and to keep the website working properly. We do not use it to identify you personally.
By submitting the form or calling us, you agree that we may contact you by telephone, text message and email at the details you provide, in connection with your enquiry and any offer arising from it. Message and data rates may apply.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing at any time by telling us on 918-894-6880 or through the contact page. We will act on that request without asking you to justify it.
Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of selling your house to us, and it does not oblige you to accept any offer.
We share information only where it is necessary to deal with your enquiry or complete a transaction. That means the title company handling a closing, and where relevant an attorney, a surveyor, an inspector or a contractor engaged in connection with the property.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to other house buying companies or to lead brokers.
Where an enquiry does not lead to a transaction, we keep the information for up to two years so that we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and so we have a record of what was discussed.
Where an enquiry leads to a purchase, we keep the transaction records for as long as the law requires us to keep records relating to a property transaction, and no longer than that for marketing purposes.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it.
To do any of those things, call 918-894-6880 or use the contact page. We will confirm when it is done. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third party advertising networks. We do not build a profile of you across other websites and we do not sell audience data.
If we add a measurement tool in future, this section will be updated to name it and to explain how you can opt out, before the tool goes live rather than after.
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
Enquiry details are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are held on systems protected by access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we become aware that information you gave us has been exposed.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date it was last changed appears at the bottom of this page, and material changes will be reflected there rather than made quietly.
Tulsa House Buyer. Telephone 918-894-6880, or use the contact page on this website.
We are a service area business: we visit properties rather than receiving visitors at an office, so there is no address to call at. Closings take place at a licensed Oklahoma title company.
