Your property records do not live with your town. They live with your county, and in this part of Oklahoma the two do not line up. Several towns here extend across a county line, which is the commonest reason somebody spends a week talking to the wrong courthouse.

The town boundary is not the answer

Municipal boundaries and county boundaries are drawn independently, and several towns in this area extend across more than one county line. Broken Arrow, Bixby, Owasso, Sand Springs, Catoosa, Skiatook and Collinsville are all towns where a given address may sit in a different county from the one people assume.
So we are not going to publish a lookup table and pretend it settles your address. It would be right for most parcels and wrong at the edges, and the edges are exactly where people get sent to the wrong office.
The record that settles it is the parcel record. Search your address in a county assessor's parcel search, or look at your own tax statement, and the county is on it. That is definitive in a way no list on a house-buying website can be.

Rogers, Wagoner and Creek

Okmulgee and Washington, and an honest gap
Okmulgee County covers Okmulgee. Washington County covers Bartlesville.

What came back was third party aggregator sites that look official and are not.

Two platforms you will meet, and what they actually are
Searching for an Oklahoma county office frequently lands you on one of two systems, and it is worth knowing what they are.
Tax roll platforms. Many county treasurers publish their tax rolls through a shared vendor platform rather than on the county's own site. It is the real tax roll and it is the right place to look up what is owed, but it is a vendor system rather than a government website.
Land record portals. The same applies to county clerk land records, some of which are published through a third party platform. The records belong to the clerk; the website does not.
The practical point: neither is the county, so go to the county's own site for office details, hours and forms, and use the platform for the search itself. And be careful of the third group, the sites that aggregate public data and look official while being neither. The Tulsa County Treasurer publishes a warning of exactly this kind, asking people not to pay property tax through unaffiliated third party payment sites.
